Pattern production
The production of pattern equipment for piece and large-series production is one of the key areas of our activity. We design and manufacture patterns with an emphasis on precision, long service life and optimal processing technology, so that they are fully adapted to the subsequent foundry or engineering production.
We work with a wide range of materials according to the specific requirements of the order and the way the pattern is used.

The entire production process is supported by modern CAD/CAM technologies, which allow us to precisely process technical data and convert it into production documentation. We use the SolidWorks system and, if necessary, also reverse engineering methods for the digitisation and reconstruction of existing parts.
Thanks to the combination of the experience of our technicians and modern software, we can ensure high pattern quality, repeatability and reliability in series production.
