MOSLED is a Czech private company that has been active in the engineering metallurgy market since 1996. Our team of almost 80 employees (20 technical, 60 manual workers) carries out production in new premises of approximately 5 000 m2. Our main field is the production of patterns for foundries, the machining of castings and weldments, their inspection, surface treatment and final delivery up to assembly.
Thanks to the high expertise of our employees and the high technological level of production, we meet production and service requirements for a wide range of customers.
Our production halls are equipped with modern technology, primarily CNC machines. CNC programs are prepared using the SolidWorks CAD-CAM software.
In the area of 3D measurement we have the following technologies:
- Romer Arm with integrated scanner – measuring range 2.5 m
- Leica Tracker AT402 for highly accurate non-contact measurement of large parts
- FreeScan handheld 3D scanner for flexible digitisation and inspection of complex shapes
