MOSLED has expanded its production capacity with the new horizontal machining centre Mazak HCN-6800 NEO, which represents the cutting edge of modern CNC machining. The new machine brings higher productivity, precision and production efficiency when machining demanding engineering parts.
The HCN-6800 NEO is designed for high-performance machining of a wide range of materials – from structural steels and cast irons to non-ferrous metals. The robust design of the machine ensures high rigidity and stability during machining, which makes it possible to achieve excellent precision even when machining large and technically demanding parts.
A significant advantage of the new centre is its readiness for production automation. Thanks to compatibility with modern automation systems and the option to integrate pallet systems, idle times are reduced, machine time is used more efficiently and overall production productivity is increased.
